The ribbed ceramic shades soften the light source without dimming it, creating an inviting, warm spread across the surface below rather than a harsh task light.

Above a kitchen island:

nstall the fitting so the bottom of the shades sits approximately 76–91cm above the island surface. This keeps the light functional without interrupting sightlines across the worktop.
